I have three Koopas invest 12E into Gathering Artifacts, then have them build a new Caravan (365c remaining), hire 3 new units (95c remaining, 2 units can still be hired), buy three Moneybags (20c remaining), then have them gather resources (100c). I then buy another 20 rations (60c remaining.)

Have three of the Koopas without Moneybags invest all their energy into Artifact Gathering, while the fourth invests half of it's energy. I then have the Moneybagless Koopa Gather Resources. (68c) I then buy 16 rations (36c, 64r) and have the remaining Koopas Gather Resoucres (118c).
