Weapon rules

for those of you who don't know...I guess WEAPON has de-modded almost every mod and replaced that spot with himself, making him the all-great fourm mod/admin...BUT for some reason every WEAPON has a different member number

I think maybe it's some kind of April fools joke,I saw some things like that yesterday,too.
