Luigi 64's ability makes Rose take 10 damage, leaving her with 70 HP.

"Graaaaaaaw!" Bowser roared ferociously, preparing to strike down Rose. "Heheh...Bowser, Slash 'er up, if you'd please." Bowser complies, by dashing over to Rose, and (presumedly) offing her with a swipe of his claws.
