Most Neglected NC

Who do you think the most neglected of Jay's NC's is? I think it's that goomba that just popped up in the NC election, what ever its name was. But I would say Excutrain, Zadok, Magruder, Phone, and Redox are tied for second.

Wow, for a second there I forgot about Gooba and Darth Butch. I was talking about the Goomba in the NC election, what ever the heck his name was. I think his name was Cornelius Scrun or something.
