I can't find anything in that topic that says what program was used, but it is implied near the beginning that Game Maker was used.

Ok, yes, I'm using Game Maker. But, its not going to be crappy or anything. I'm really working hard so theres no glitches and stuff. Trust me, It'll be good.

By the way, anyone have any suggestions, like for characters, enemies, music that should be used...?

Edit: Dear God, my game is nowhere near as crappy as that other game!

If it's a platformer then you should go for, SUPERHAPPYPEPPYIMSOHYPEROMGTHISISFUN music. Nothing like Final Fantasy or LoZ.

Game Maker doesn't suck, its just the people who use it.

By the way, It is possible to make Nintendo Quality games with Game Maker. I've seen it done.

It's actually coming along pretty good. There hasn't been any big problems with the programing at all.
