Somebody crafted a platformer, another a DDR-type game). |

I can make the mini games with no problem, but the game maker isn't really working for what I have in mind. I want to make save files, map screens, high-scores, secret levels that you have to unlock, warp pipes, and stuff like that. With Game Maker, its hard to make Fred look different while jumping! If anyone knows any good, free game makers, tell me! Otherwise, I'll just continue with this. It might end up just being a mini-game collection >< |

All I can do is make a stupid game where it goes like this: -Start Game --Choose a character --Level 1 --Level 2 --Level 3 --Level 4 And thats it. No secret characters, no bonus levels, it just sucks. Here, look at this game: Mario Forever. It has, like, 5 secret levels at the Save Select screen! I want to make somthing like that, but the Game Maker sucks too much to do that. |

There should be a Pac-Man style minigame, with this music: http://www.vgmusic.com/music/other/m...de/pacmanx.mid You'll have to copy and pase the link into your adress bar, cuz VGMusic.com doesn't let other people link directly to the site. It has five levels, and you can choose from Bill and Dr. Donez. Fred would be playable, too, but theres a stupid glitch with him I'm trying to fix. Theres an underwater level, and a level with no gravity. Those might have a few glitches, though. Theres also seven different enemys so far! Theres also a few mini-games, such as Ask Dr. Donez, which is a quiz game, and Bill's Magic Carpet Ride, a side-scrolling shooter. The final version will have ten. The menu screen is almost complete. It just needs to be polished a little bit, and the sound options don't work yet. You can download it here. |
