my idea for an MK style fighter...

well, seeing as the game ideas forum is gone and I couldn't find anywhere appropriate for this I'll post it here. I have this idea of an MK style fighter based around horror films, more specifically slasher horror films.

starting characters:
Jason Voorhese
Freddy Kruger
Leatherface
Michael Myers
Chucky
Ghost face
Tall man
Leprichaun

unplayable bosses
1st boss: Alien Queen
2nd boss:Pennywise (final demon form)
final boss: Uber-Jason/Jason-X

unlockable characters
Pinhead
Dijin
Ash (evil dead series)
Darkman
grid Alien
Scar preditor

stages
Crystal Lake
Boiler Room
the TCM house
Michael's home
toy store
movie theater
mortuary

move list, I'm just listing special attacks and finishers here since they'd all have the basic moves with the exception of weapons.

freddy
----
weapon: blade glove.

Special 1: greatest fears. this special hits the opponent with their worst fear, it varies from opponent to opponent. mid damage attack

special 2: a change of scenery. Freddy changes the stage to the boiler room stage and leaches life from the opponent in the process of changing stages. low damage + healing.

special 3: pillar of fire. a pillar of fire shoots up from the floor engulfing the opponent. heavy damage.

finisher: soul absorbtion. it's self explanitory.

weapon: Machette

special 1: regeneration. allows Jason to recover some health. limited healing.

special 2: harpoon impalement. mid damage ranged attack with a harpoon.

special 3: machette rage. Jason goes into a berzerker state and hacks at the opponent with his machette repeatedly while choaking them. heavy damage.

finisher: dragged to the deapths decapitation. Jason floods the stage, grabs his opponent by the head and then decapitates them, holding their head above him as the stage drains.

Weapon: Chainsaw

special 1: brutality. Leatherface chokes the opponent while beating them with the blunt end of the chainsaw. mid dammage.

special 2: chainsaw throttle. Leatherface revs his chainsaw and cuts into the legs of the opponent. heavy damage.

special 3: meat mallat. Leatherface takes out a meat mallat and strikes the opponent in the head. light damage + stun status.

finisher: disembowelment. Leatherface hangs the opponent from a meat hook and disembowels them with his chainsaw.

Michael Myers

weapon: butcher knife

special 1: stab-a-thon. Michael repeatedly stabs the opponent with his butcher knife in a flury of strikes. light damage.

special 2: sneak attack. michael will disappear and then reappear behind the opponent to stab them in the back. mid damage.

special 3: fury slash. Michael slashes the opponent with heavy slashes in both front and back. heavy damage

finisher: throat slash. Michael disappears then re-appears behind the opponent and grabs their hair/head and pulls the head back before slashing the throat with his knife, spreying blood all over the stage.

Chuchy
-------
weapon: combat knife attached at the wrist. (childsplay 3)

special 1: crotch stab. I think the name is self explanitory. heavy damage

specia l2: achelies heel. Chucky will slash the achilies tendon of the opponent. light damage w/ stun status.

special 3: mawling. chucky will leap onto the opponent's face and begin striking and cutting. light-mid damage depending on if the opponent has a mask on or not.

finisher: posession. chucky's spirit will leave his body and take over the opponent to kill them with their own weapon and return to the doll.

ghostface
---------
weapon: dagger

special 1: phonecall. Ghostface will call the opponent on his cell while sheaking up and stabbing them in the back. mid damage.

special 2: gut stab. self explanitory, mid damage.

special 3: choke slash. Ghostface will grab the opponent by the throat and slash them multiple times.

finisher: phone call from hell! Ghostface calls the opponent on his cell and screams in a high-pitched wail to make their head explode.

Tall Man
--------
weapon: the silver orbs

special 1: orb assault. the silver orbs (minus blades and drill) will repeatedly slam into the opponent. mid damage.

special 2: embalming tube. the tall man stabs the enemy with an enbalming tube and injects thim with enbalming fluid. light damage

special 3: raise the dead. Tall man will summon an army of zombies to attack the opponent. heavy damage.

finisher: golden sentinal sphere. a gold orb will extend it's three blades and tunnel completely through the head of the opponent and returns to Tall man.

oh no, I'm not going to get flamed mercilessly again! and this isn't a "n00b" or "n00bish" topic I really think that this would be a successful game if it were to go on the market. the only reason I posted this thing on the l33t board in the first place was due to the fact of all the random junk on there, it seemed like the most appropriate place since the game ideas forum doesn't exist right now.

I would like some positive feedback on this like suggested alt. costumes, stages, move sets, characters, I'll change the lineup if enough people like a certain horror movie villain that's suggested. I need ideas for this thing to work.
