I'm in the middle of taking a huge ass test at the moment (just a small, two week long thing), so I have been even more negligent of NC as usual. I think we've reached the point where I'm likely to be unable to update NC again and will have to rely on help and/or guest authors.-jay |

As in, like the last time. This has happened before. School overrides comics. And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!" |

Or even SSSing. The result? No more NC until he's comfortably in a job, or perhaps in the awkward space between getting a PHD and using it. Even then, he may not have the right reference material anymore. Years of studying mean he probably has more science jokes than video game ones, which I know personally would fly over the heads of most people here who didn't also study in depth. (Heck, even me... ...grumble grumble I hope I can afford to get into a real College eventually...) |

I pretty much passed it, but I have to do a couple of things first. And then defend my proposal in November. I'll likely take the FE sometime in 2009.-jay |

Anyway, I was going to take it this fall, but for some reason Virginia has some silly rule where grad students can't take the test unless they are in their last semester before graduating. Which makes zero sense. Less than zero sense. I talked some someone from Maryland, which said the only rule is that you need a B.S., so I may just take it there in 2009.-jay |
