I would say LotW, but it's gotten to the point that it's too drawn out to focus.

Mario Busters had a great story, especially for its time.

Bill and Fred's Quazi-mediocre adventure was my favorite.

Like the previous comics but longer, while avoiding the often too-convoluted plots seen in Mario Busters and NC/SSS.
