Donez would just get a new CM. Fred replacing him makes no sense to me.

Metal has already explained some background on why he's able to run in the past.

Do some research, the custom sprite I used in the comic was created by me.

Honestly, resorting to slander is impolite~ I only stated my honest opinion on the topic at hand.

From how I see it, just because Irby is banned from the forums doesn't necessary make him NOT the CM.

It seriously cripples his methods of campaigning, but I declare that he remains the CM.

No you can't, because unlike Fred, Hawkmouth never ran with Donez. Also, I know a thing or two about politics and how they work, and Donez going through his third CM leaves him vulnerable to ads about instability in his campaign.

How does that work? Being banned, it's not like he can post or anything. If I still have to be VP, who manages Donez? Does this make me "acting CM" while Irby's still the real CM?

Boy, this election is getting violent.....

Also, interesting observation: When he first joined the race, you would have thought that MetalMan was a fringe candidate that would have been eliminated in the primaries.

Now, he' right in the think of things as a frontrunner.

Statement from the Grand Poopba of Election 2008

First, as we head into Christmas, I ask the candidates to call a truce on their constant mudslinging (at least until next week).

As the campaign heads into it's final month, I have to make some announcements.

Voting will be scheduled to start on January 18 and take place within a two week, two round period. At the end of the first week, the top two candidates will remain on the ticket, while the others will be eliminated (at which time people will be allowed to transfer their vote to one of the remaining candidates).

In addition, there is an ongoing issue of campaign manager's I would like to address. Since it would be unfair to Donez's campaign to do otherwise, I declare Laika Come Home acting Campaign Manager, until Irby is reinstated. The only condition is that he campaign for Donez and NOT Fred.

Then there are the MIA's:
  • Bill was last spotted in the year 1960 at the Nixon/Kennedy debate. If there is no word from his CM, CaptHayFever, that he has returned to the present (by the start of voting), he will be struck from the ticket.
  • Churro has been very quiet during the campaign, probably no thanks to his campaign manager Jay. As such, he is allowed to choose a new CM.
  • Yoshi has no excuse, since Romplayer seems quite active.

No problem there. I can instead continue to explain the proposed plans of if Metal Man is elected.

The Donez thing is pretty much what I had in mind, so that's good too.

And I have no clue why Yoshi hasn't put up any ads of any kind.

Sorry I don't know how to make campaign comics. I didn't realize I would be made CM at first; in fact, I'm pretty sure I said as much a couple months ago.
