I remember hearing "Super Mario Galaxy" somewhere on SMBHQ many years ago.

I think it was the answer to some kind of question like "They did Super Mario Land, then Super Mario World, where can the go from there?"

Clearly, the next step shall be Super Mario Cosmos, followed by Super Mario Universe.
Then after that, Nintendo will take it upon themselves to discover what's larger than a universe, just so the next Mario game won't have to reuse the word.
