So? There are a lot of topics about glitches. Why not simply make a glitch thread? Plus, what if the game doesn't have a topic to go in?

Um... sports games are usually for multiple systems. And we don't actually have a Nintendo forum, just a Nintendo section.

That's the Wii forum. We don't have a Game Boy, Gamecube, or N64 forum.

If it was the Wii Forum, it'd have the title "Wii Forum"

And N64 discussion can go into the Retro Forum.
