Technically not, but Mario has had the most representatives out of any of the featured series.

Yes, but SSB is more than just Mario. It's all of the Nintendo franchises coming together. That's like saying that Street Fighter is all about Ryu.

Actually, for a better example, it's like saying Marvel Vs. Capcom was a Street Fighter series because it had mostly Street Fighter Characters.
