Best roguelike on the DS?

I'm looking for a good roguelike for my train journeys.

What do you people think is the best one for the DS?
Izuna? Shiren the Wanderer? Pokemon Mystery Dungeon?
If you've only played one of those, how good do you think they were?

Of those three, I've only played Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of time.
Never really heard of the others. :/ and I haven't even beaten Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: EoT yet either.

PMD: EoT is pretty good altogether though.
The beginning quiz was kind of interesting, and the gameplay is solid enough.

But like I said, I've never heard of those others, so my opinion isn't exactly the best.:/

On a scale of one to ten, I'd rate PMD: EoT about a 7 or so of 10.

Wanderer is soso, but the engine is pretty archaic overall and I wouldn't recommend it.

All of the DS roguelikes are pretty much mentioned in the OP; Wikipedia doesn't list any more English DS roguelikes, but there are a handful of other GBA ones.

Anyways, I've only played two DS games that are sort of close to rogue-like:
  1. Rune Factory: A Fantasy Harvest Moon -- It's Harvest Moon, except with real-time top-down fighting with monsters in dungeons and crap. If you hate Harvest Moon (e.g. daily chores, remembering what foods people like, picking up stuff and selling stuff), you'll probably hate this game.
  2. From the Abyss -- Real-time dungeon fighting stuff; swords, spells, bows, etc. Randomized dungeons. Experience points levelling with adjustable stat allocation, linear equipment upgrades, kind of turn-key gameplay. It apparently has co-op play, but I never tried that out.

Anyone know anything about the Crystal Chronicles title on the DS?

And I actually liked playing Children of Mana multiplayer with SD, but it's a total grindfest with no real plot. Good engine, though, it's a shame they didn't do something bigger with it.
