Kinda like how a year after the GBC came out they anounced the GBA. Remember, the system is probably only going to be anounced next year, Usually it's about a year after that the system actually comes out, so we probably won't be seeing it until late 2011 - early 2012. |

I knew the DSi was just gonna be a stopgap. I mean, the DS is how old? It's a good system, but it's just before the crust of the truly online-enabled portables. |

^ GBDS: Game Boy Dual-Screen sounds good to me. If this is indeed a new system, I wonder how much longer they will support the original DS, and if the graphics will be at least PSP-quality. Seems they're always behind the graphical curve these days by an entire generation. I think the Wii has what, XB-quality graphics? | |

I'm sure the rest of the specs are for the most part better, but graphically it appears to be on par with XB. But maybe it's just me. |

Besides, style and graphics can coincide. I don't see why people think good graphics must equate to muddy graphics or photo-realism. |

Gender: Posts: 9,544 Thanks: 175 Thanked 150 Times in 120 Posts | Because most "Realistic" games (At least the one's I've come across.) tend to focus almost entirly on shades of brown, gray, black, dark blues, muted greens, and red if you're lucky. Add to that alot of these games also tend to either stuff you in some kind of cave, corridoor, wasteland, aincent ruins, or crumbling city and it can get rather tiresome affter a while. Then you have to consider the TV the gamer is using, I had to put off Wind Waker for a while because my old TV was rather bad about this a cloudy night at sea or worse yet the final dungion were so dark that all I could make out was Link, King of Red Lions, and Shadow Ganonn's energy attacks. Once I got a better TV I finished the game without much trouble though I wish that Zelda was alittle more aware of when she shot her arrows but that's neither here nor there. - You stupid dog. |
