This might not be good.

My Wii won't receive power. Unplugged from the strip to several different outlets, cleaned it with the canned aresol, and it still won't even get the light.

Help?

You should be able to troubleshoot here. If you can't figure out what's wrong, you could call a help hotline, or if it looks like the worst, you can see if you can send it in to get repaired.

That happened to mine once. I unplugged the power cord from both the outlet and the Wii and left it there for a couple of hours. It's been working fine ever since.

I think your VC games will be safe unless they have to rip the guts out of the thing. And even then, they'd probably refund your Wii Points.

If I remember correctly when that happened to me it's a safety feature. That was like two years though so I don't remember how I fixed it.
