Easy mode isn't too different besides the extra platforms and saving between castles. Someone that's decent at the game and beat it on Easy mode could beat it on Normal mode, it would just take a few more tries.

So far, I dig the game, but it's pretty easy. Did they plan a hard mode for DLC?

It's apparently a real program thing. It lets you choose your settings for fighting all the bosses at once.

Hard mode is Free. It unlocks when you beat normal.

After looking carefully at the video, I can tell who died in what order:

1. Crash Man
2. Quick Man
3. Bubble Man
4. Flash Man
5. Wood Man
6. Air Man
7. Metal Man
8. Heat Man (by a long shot)

I made note of the extra platforms, some of which of which cover up spikes, and some which cover up pits, but not all of them.

Depends on which Sonic, I think. The second one was clearly pretty effed, but the first one at least had continuity.
