Nintendo is not at war with Oceania

Nintendo World Report

Quote:
Nintendo of America claims that Iwata's recent comments about the DS successor were misunderstood.

CEO and President of Nintendo Satoru Iwata spoke last week with the Asahi Shimbun, discussing the likely features of Nintendo's next portable game console. Charlie Scibetta Senior Director of Corporate Communications at Nintendo of America, recently told Kotaku that, in fact, Iwata did not reveal any details about a new handheld system and that the CEO's comments were "misinterpreted."

In the Asahi Shimbun article, Iwata stated that the "requirements for the [next Nintendo handheld] will be higher resolution screens and sensors that will be able to read the player's movement."

Scibetta refutes this statement, saying that, "Mr. Iwata did not make any comments regarding the functions of Nintendo's future hardware systems."

Kotaku also asked Nintendo to clarify other statements made by Iwata such as whether Zelda Wii was confirmed for a 2010 release. Nintendo gave no response to that request.

Nintendo of America President Reginald Fils-Aimé said in a recent Nintendo Week segment that the next home console entry in The Legend of Zelda series will "come out when it's perfect."
You didn't see anything.

Maybe it was a translation error. Instead of "higher resolution screens and sensors that will be able to read the player's movement", he may have meant "who are you get away from me stop chasing me I'm calling the cops".
