They had a black Gamecube at launch and I got that.

They have a black Wii 3 years after I bought mine and I go "WTF?"

I'd get one, but I'm afraid that once I do, Nintendo will announce the Wii 2.

Of course if I don't, it'll be another few years before a next-gen console is released and I'LL NEVER BE HAPPY.
