Need help on Tales of Symphonia

So when this game first came out so did Baten Katos. I having limited funds at the time purchased BK, which means I am only now finding out how bad ass Tales of Symphonia is.

But I need help I need to find out where the water seal is at I can't seem to locate Undine. Any hints anyone??

Thoda Geyser
Go south of the Palmacosta Human Ranch, and take a washtub ride at the Thoda Geyser Dock.
Look for a Oracle Stone if you haven't removed the seal (with Colette) there. If you have, you know where to go from there, just... bring some protection.

I just realized that because I didn't know how to trigger the scene in Izoold to set sail across the coast, I ended up moving to the west and unlocking Wind Seal Element and completing the Balza...something or other quest. I'm at level 29 right now as I go through Water Seal Temple.
