Amazing Super Mario Bros X Fan Game

This is a fan-made SMB game with multiplayer, it mashes up the elements of every SMB game and even steps out of the boundaries of Mario to incorporate elements from Zelda and Metroid. Basically, this is what I expected from Nintendo when they announced "Super Mario Allstars" as being a game that combines all of the previous SMB games. Only this one includes games that have been made since SMWorld.

I wouldn't be so enthused if it weren't for the multiplayer features, though. The coop looks fantastic, especially how the screen automatically splits as the players get further apart.

I'll be roping SD into playing with me. Here's hoping you guys own some PC gamepads, or can at least make-do with the keyboard controls to let us all know how you fare.

What's with those scenes where there's like 100 Marios on the screen at a time, all with different powerups?

It looks pretty interesting, I have to say. It seems to blend the elements of the other games nicely

And I have no idea, honestly, I'm only just familiarizing myself with the game.

I could swear I saw someone sing a Tanookie suite that threw ice balls, talk about overkill. Still this thing looks AWSOME!

I decided to give this a try but the game just straight up chooses not to run for me.

I've done research and some others also have this same exact problem. Usually those with laptops, like me. And no one really has a good answer as to why this is so.

It also doesn't help that their forums are down and their chat's made up of imbeciles.

The forum works fine for me. Make sure your browser isn't blocking the page from forwarding you to the correct address.

The split-screen looks really, really cool. I can't believe no one's ever thought of that before these guys.
