It'll release in Europe on the 25th. No other release date has been announced yet though.

That looks pretty great. I wanted to wait for one with a permanent second analogue, still, though.

All these new colours they're pumping out (Red, Pink, White, Zelda-Black) are kinda making me doubt they'll make a revision soon. But hey, I'm the naive type.

Wouldn't surprise me if a 3DS with an integrated second analog made the rounds eventually.

I'm a little surprised there hasn't been a dedicated twin-analog handheld at this point, to be honest. Like, maybe this is just evil anti-Nintendo bias creepin in, but dual-analog kind of feels 'right' to me these days.

It's just been confirmed for NA. Additionally, there's a not as special SM3DL bundle.

I always thought systems painted with a random game and resold at higher prices were the dumbest thing ever, but I have to admit this 3DS looks pretty badass. But that's coming from a Zelda Fan. Maybe I'd like the Gears of War or MW X-boxes if I loved their franchises religiously.

Would've been nice if this came out closer to when OOT 3D was released. Nice idea, but seems a bit late.

Probably will help sales though. You'd think they'd package it with a game about to be released. You know, to both help sales and make it easier for those who haven't gotten a 3DS yet.

Doesn't make it worthwhile some of the time.

It only works well with OOT because it's a huge name. Something like a Galaxy bundle would sell even hotter because it's a more mainstream game.

^Of course, last year's NSMBW bundle (red console & Revmote, also came w/Wii Sports) was better than this year's.
