Welcome to the On-Going Story Boards, zombot!

Now to answer your questions:

An OG is an "on-going story" or an "add-on story". Here's how the process works. One person starts a story with a single post. Then another person makes a post continuing off the first person's post, then another person makes another post continuing off the second person's post, etc.

OOC means "Out of Character" or "Out of Context". In the middle of an OG, if you have something to say that isn't included in the storyline, you use "OOC".

If you have any other questions, feel free to ask me or GORE-ILLA.
