Looks like a light and rock formation illusion to me.

This one's a bit interesting, and since there have been "EXPERTS LOL" checking the picture and saying it's not photoshopped, it's either paranormal (which is kind of doubtful) or it's a really, really, really bizarre illusion.

I didn't click the link, by the by, so I assume this is the picture of the guy with the period-clothing peeking out of a castle window.

Looks like bricks and a patch of light.

The lines through the face and the color of the 'skin' match the bricks, plus it would be too dark to see a person's face in that spot.

A person could superimpose the image onto developing film--the head is in front of the bars, so unless Doom 3-style flying heads in period clothing live there, it's obviously fake.
