Demon Sighting?

I read "ghost" stories occasionally, and found this one recently posted up at one of the sites I visit:

Quote:
Okay, so I've always believed in ghosts and demons and that they can physically touch us and make noises but I've always been skeptical when it came to ghostly encounters. I believed it could happen but it was just farfetched to say it directly showed itself (with any type of detail) or that it could move surroundings without touching them etc.

Well, that was until that one night. There is an overpass in NJ on route 130 and if you go down onto Bridgeboro Road and shoot across the road and into the housing district (basically directly under the overpass, which passes over a river) then you can park your car legally (yay) and check out this old train station. The station is huge, and the stereotypical broken down structure. It used to be used to build trains and house them before sending them off and I don't know what happened or why it closed but there had to have been some sort of murder there in the years following or in the years leading to its close because something evil was there.

We snuck back through this old street by some huge mansions and made our way into the front (front?) of the entire park. First of all, you have to understand there are four of us, two of which don't believe in ghosts and two that do and are highly afraid of them. We each have a phone on us and each of us have a flashlight. The first thing that happens when we go on property, minus the temperature change from 70degrees to about 30 if I had to guess by my breathe, was that all - I restate ALL our phones simultaneously died.

We set our sights on this one building directly in front of us. We all wanted to check out what the rest of the trains held, but none of us could stop staring at this building. We must have tried thirty times, not exaggerating, to make some progress at all but we couldn't, this building was just so enthralling.

I noticed that the second floor in that building had caved in, as did most of the roof. I watched from that building to one of the three main buildings that we all tried to get towards. Then the first weird thing happened.

A huge BANG! It was loud and sounded like metal banging on metal. We all jumped but knocked it off to the extremely strong wind (which looking back was probably the presence of a ghost because the wind was nowhere else on the block) and then I looked back to that interesting building when I saw a man hunched over and sitting angrily on the second floor.

There was no second floor. We all bravely decided to take about 3 steps forward when one of my friends screamed. I turned and asked what and they said that "thing" I saw ran towards the central building. He had seen it too. Now we were all a little worried. I turned back and me and a third person connected flashlights at a door in the far back that seemed to be closed. Slowly, the door seemed to open and an unearthly powerful presence emerged.

The air became colder then a bang. We all jumped and laughed, then a bang. And a bang, and a bang and a bang. It got louder and seemingly more angry at every bang. It led from that door to the area we were all standing in.

Needless to say, we all ran for our lives like the devil was on our heels. And to this day I swear he was. I've never felt such a heavy and evil force on my chest.

Two more things to think of here: I'm the fastest person I know but couldn't lift my legs for the life of me. I couldn't run, I couldn't make myself go any faster. And I was the one who wanted to venture in deeper.

And two, I was in perfect health the night before and didn't touch anything, ANYTHING. The following day I was deathly ill and threw up almost 9 times, and was completely bedridden. No one else there was infected at all.

To add an even creepier tone when I threw up the final time I begged to myself, half joking half serious, that if I was being haunted I swore to never bother with ghosts again and never hunt in places I don't belong and within the hour I was feeling perfect.

Now I know how this story sounds, I do, but I was in your boat. I never believed it could happen in any real threatening way until it happened to me too.
So, I'm thinking despite those last lines, he doesn't know what it actually sounds like. I don't know about you, but to me it just sounds like there was a squatter living there. A terrifying hobo, perhaps, but a hobo all the same.

Are there a set of guidelines demons must follow such as guarding abandoned buildings 24/7 or trying not to get caught when cursing someone? If not, what's stopping them from leaving and going somewhere more populated and effing everyone's day up?

A diseased hobo, at that.

And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!"
