This is nothing about the site.

Does anyone know how to move the start bar.

I somehow got it to the top of the screen and I cannot move it to the bottom.

Any suggestions?

click and drag

Right-click on it, unselect 'Lock the Taskbar', and click and drag to the desired location.

I keep mine on the left-hand side, personally. Keeping it at the top can interfere with using menus, the right-hand side with the scroll bars, and the bottom is just lame.
