I'm going to assume that his first language is not English. Awkward use (or absense) of the verb "to be" seems suspicious.

I'd say the Alliance wins. Because they're actually allied with each other; the Horde races don't seem to have any real alliances with each other.

Well, in story terms the Sentinels only ally themselves with either the Horde or the Alliance out of grim necessity; you'd think they would have greater respect for the Tauren than anyone, rather than the (generally racist and complete bastard) humans.

And the Scourge will still dominate.
