When she moved out, she took it, and I found out the my girlfriend has it. ^_^ She let me borrow it, and its a good as ever, except...i'm trying to configure the sound because as of now, there isn't any. I have XP, and i'm trying to play it, but it's not the same without the sarcastic demonic antics of Sam and Max. Any help? |

One of my friends told me that worked, but I haven't tried it. In a more interesting note, there's a LucasArts pack with a bunch of the older adventure games that are redone for XP. Maybe keep an eye out for them in the bargain bin. |

| Guest | Yeah, ScummVM is the program you'll want to run those old LucasArts adventures on Windows XP. Official site is at www.scummvm.org . It's very easy to use and it contains some filters that may improve the graphics of the game you're trying to play. I wasn't too impressed with the game. It's short, the puzzles and story are stupid and it's not as funny as Monkey Island. Fortunately ScummVM runs Monkey Island 1, 2 and 3 as well. ![]() |
