This happened to me and it was because my moniter cable was out of the back of my motherboard a little. Also, check the pins on the cable, because this might also be the problem. |

First thing I'd do is degauss the moniter. If you have any magnetic sources near the computer (unshielded speakers, magnets, etc), that could be the problem. If that doesn't work, try adjusting the tint, color, brightness, etc. |
