Your opinion on this game? Would it be a good addition to my collection?

It's okay...interesting for a bit, but it gets tedious, fighting ships, over and over...

Damn, that reminds me. I need to find my copy of the original Pirates!. That game was sweet.-jay

I got it. It's pretty fun. Might even have some replay value if you work for different people or establish different objectives. Like, I'm working for the French and Dutch now, but when I retire (soon-- my guy's already 40) I'll probably start a new game working for the Spanish. That oughta be interesting. ...actually, it probably won't be, since the Spanish are everywhere until you personally depose them from places... but whatever.
