Other than the red Gyarados, I've found two shinies in Soul Silver already. A wooper and a Meowth. (I traded the Meowth to a friend who wanted one)

And I still have a legitimately obtained Pokerus, but keep in mind I've technically been milking it on the DS since I got pearl in 2007. :P

Very nice, one of the electrodes in team rocket headquarters was a shiny so I managed to catch that.
