Post Letters to an Absent Father (comic)

“Letters To An Absent Father” Makes Me A Little Happysad | 4 color rebellion

A series of comic strips where Ash writes letters to his father. I find them touching, and I don't know why.

They are letters to his dad who is never around. I haven’t decided whether or not he actually sends them or if he just keeps them in his backpack and carries them with him wherever he goes.

Decent, but the style's too cartoony to be moving.

I thought the simple style was charming. Sort of like how a ten-year-old would draw. A more realistic drawing style implies a mature narrator; Ash is some idiot kid who just wants to talk to his father.
