Ability: Blaze: Increases power of Fire type moves when HP is below 1/3

I bet you're surprised to find something that's not fully evolved (excluding Pikachu) here. Well, me too, I figured I can acually do stuff with these though considering there are the Little Cup and Not Fully Evolved Tiers, so this gives me a lot more options. Not that you guys care too much, but eh.

EVs: 4 HP, 252 Sp. Atlk, 252 Spd. (There are different EV rules for Little Cup, but I don't know what those are, so we'll just assume level 100 here)

I don't really like this Fire Starter that much.

Maybe it's because it's like Torchic, including that it turns into Part Fighting.

And yes, I'm aware that Infernape is more used than Blaziken, be quiet.

I hate the look of this guy. His evolutions stole Charizard's tail. D: Granted, so did Magmar, but still... The whole thing isn't all too creative.

Other than ChiKOrita, this is the one starter I refuse to get. I MIGHT get the water starter that I dislike in Gen V, but no.

I don't care IF it's the only fire pokemon other than Ponyta and Rapidash (Who aren't that good) available in D/P. In Pt, I can still get Houndour and get a dark type. I don't care how nice its moveset is...the Flaming Ass cancels it out.
