Speak up, sonny. What's this Black and White business? Who's what? Where's why? More pokeymans, you say? Okay, truthfully, I never finished the last one I got. That was something to do with Diamond/Pearl, I guess. It took a long time to play. ![]() HeartGold/SoulSilver just brought back memories (like my friend saving over my file when I was at the 7th Gym), so I wasn't very "into" playing that again. Besides, the only super awesome 'mon was ELECTRIC SHEEP ![]() However, I am a sucker for the Pokemon, and I probably would like to buy a copy. You know, if Australia ever gets a release date. ![]() But mostly, I was just musing over the collection. Between HotD and I, we have Red/Blue/Yellow, Gold/Silver (no Crystal), Ruby/Sapphire (maybe Emerald?), FireRed/LeafGreen, Diamond/Pearl (maybe Platinum?), HeartGold/SoulSilver, and then things like PokemonSnap, Pokemon Stadium 1 & 2, and some other business with pokeymans. It wouldn't really be fair if we didn't get Black/White, when it's available. ![]() How about you folks? Got most of the games, or are you stuck having one version of each generation? Fun fact: the only one I've ever 100% was Blue. All the others, I either haven't beaten, or didn't 100% the Pokedex. And that's not even if you're insane and somehow count items in the completion ratio. ![]() And yes, I feel very old. Playing Pokemon for over a decade will do that to you. ![]() |

Since then, I have tinkered with some of the other titles and console incarnations, but nothing so engrossing or revolutionary that I finished any more. |

That said I now own Emerald, Leaf Green, Pearl, Platinum, and Heart Gold. (And XD: GoD and MD: EoT but they aren't in the main series (XD: GoD is arguable, but whatevs)) Owned multiple copies of R and Y, but not any now. I may have had B once but IDR. :/ I've never played 100%, just because. :/ I'm thinking of doing a Nuzlocke run on Emerald and/or Leaf Green soon. SD u not old. Don worreh. ^_^ |

Then I kinda lost it after that. Never completed R/S/E, or D/P/Pl. And it doesn't look like I'll get a lot of the HG/SS either. Games list R/B/Y Original Trading Card Game (yes, they made a video game version of it) G/S/C R/S/E Pokemon colosseum Pokemon Gale of Darkness Pokemon Channel (For free Jirachi) Pokemon Ranger (Manaphy egg) D/P/Pl and Black and White.....(when they come out in America, I'm importing one.) Grey when it's released. Currently working through SS at Seafoam Islands. HG is currently restarting for masterballs, just done Chucks gym. |

Gender: Posts: 5,515 Thanks: 309 Thanked 365 Times in 242 Posts Blog Entries: 7 | I was obsessed with Pokemanz between maybe 5 and 12, but I never had the patience to actually complete the Pokedex. I probably logged 200-300 hours in to Red/Blue, Gold, and Sapphire/Emerald, but the closest I ever got to completion was 76 owned, 217 seen in Gold. That said, I rented HG from GameFly a few months ago and managed to get 120 owned, 235 seen, but I predictably lost interest before completing it. I've owned Red, Blue, Gold, Silver, Sapphire, and Emerald at some point, although I only have Gold and Emerald now and only had Silver for about a month. (bought it for $5 used and then gave it to a friend) I'll probably rent B/W at some point, but the odds of me even trying to complete the now absurdly large Pokedex are somewhere around 0%. |

Now the only core Pokemon game I own is Pearl. I'll probably get Black or White too. |

I came in waay too late, and I really gotta play the others. I got Diamond afterwards, then Platinum, and then i'm planning on getting Black and then Grey (lol). I have Emerald on an emulator, but I hardly touch it. I'm just gonna get an SP and see if I can actually find a copy of that game because it's freaking rare nowadays. And I wanna get a GBC and play the original pokeman games also. ...and i need a job to pay for these things __________________ /人◕ ‿‿ ◕人\ WON’T YOU BECOME A MAGICAL GIRL? |

'Course that doesn't really cut down on the price much, plus it's a whole new system. =D Also, Snap and Stadium/Stadium 2 were awesome. Never owned them though. Thinking about getting them sometime since I have a system that I don't seem to use. Quote:

Not like it matters considering you can tell what they're saying - unless they use like heavy slang. Then it'd probably be hillarious. Heck I'm so accustomed to some spellings I already use them and don't notice. *shrugs* Most books I read as a young kid were printed in Canada. GameFreak also ran out of jewelry materials, too. | |
