Type: Ground/Steel
Weaknesses: Water, Fighting, Ground, Fire
Resistances: Electric (immune), Poison (immune), Rock (x .25), Bug, Ghost, Psychic, Dark, Flying, Dragon, Steel
Best Stat: Attack
Abilities: Sand Rush - Doubles Speed in Sandstorm
Sand Force: Ground, Rock, and Steel type moves do 33% more damage in Sandstorm
Dream World Ability: Mold Breaker - The Pokemon's moves are not affected by other Pokemon's abilities in battle (i.e. it can hit a levitating Pokemon with Earthquake)

March's Movesets:

Sand Rush makes this thing as absolute beast in a sand team since it can reach over 600 speed with a Jolly nature running max speed. Add on to its ridiculous Base Attack and you have a perfect option for Choice Band or Swords Dance.

Swords Dance Set:

Nature: Adamant/Jolly
Item: Life Orb/Leftovers
EVs: 4 HP, 252 Atk, 252 Spd
Ability: Sand Rush

Moves:
Swords Dance
Earthquake
Rock Slide
X-Scissor/Brick Break/Filler

This thing can be an absolute monster if run in a Sandstorm because I can't think of anything that can outspeed it except maybe Scarf Deoxys Speed. But no one runs that...I don't think.

Choice Band

Nature: Adamant/Jolly
Item: Choice Band
EVs: 4 HP, 252 Atk, 252 Spd.
Ability: Sand Rush/Sand Force (only if you want more power for Earthquake for some reason)

Earthquake
Rock Slide
X-Scissor
Brick Break/Aerial Ace/Shadow Claw/Filler

Absolutely lethal, especiall if you run Adamant in Sandstorm. This thing will hit anything hard.
