Weaknesses: Psychic, Ghost, Dark
Resistances: Poison (x .25), Ground (immune)with Levitate), Normal (immune), Fighting (immune), Grass, Bug (x .25)
Best Stat: Sp. Attack
Ability: Levitate: Makes the Pokemon immune to damage-dealing Ground type moves, cannot be trapped by Arena Trap, and does not take damage from Spikes.

Tricking stuff is fun, especially when it's a slow Pokemon with a Scarf or a physical attacker with Specs. Modest gives you more power, but Timid give you better speed. (Duh.) But that extra speed can go a long way.

Haunter was probably the creepiest of the Gastly line if only because Gengar was so much more awesome than scary to me.

I make his moveset a bit classical actually:

Shadowball Dreameater
Hypnosis Curse

im aiming for hit and run tactic so i try to make him hard to hit and always the one to strike first with curse, if he get missed hypnosis then dreameater to restore some HP.
