In-Game Strategy:
I actually used a Cofagrigus in my first playthrough of White, and even though it's so slow it was still really useful...once it evolved. This is the set I'd probably suggest you use in-game:

Will-o-Wisp/Toxic
Hex/Shadow Ball
Night Shade
Energy Ball/Some Special Move

March's Movesets:
I'm going to give you three of them, although the second one is kinda novelty.

Supporting Coffin

Nature: Bold/Calm
EVs: 252 HP, 56 Def, 200 Sp. Def
Item: Leftovers

Will-o-Wisp/Toxic

Honestly this would be a freaking SCARY Pokémon to run into in real life. :O because it eats humans and turns them into mummies...yet where do new Yamasks come from? Possibly victims of Cofagrigus, who turns their spirits into yamasks who carry around their face. D:
