Flame Body: If this Pokemon is hit by a move that makes physical contact there's a 30% chance that the opposing Pokemon will be burned.

Rapidash got helped out a lot by the phyiscal/special split. It made it a much more viable option to have on a team.

I had a shiny Rapidash in 3rd gen that I trained for Battle Tower.
Ability: Flash Fire
Nature: Hasty
Moves: Solarbeam, Fire Blast, Stomp, and something else...I forget ^^;
