The Associated Press: Ban on unmarried adoptions cleared for Ark. ballot

You know, this is really starting to piss me off. Conservatives say they want to have adoption as an alternative to abortion, then they want to regulate who can do it? Shouldn't they want to INCREASE the size of the adoption pool? And why do they think children would be happier being an orphan than having two daddies, or a mother and a father who haven't signed a piece of paper yet? -CSM

Well, I've never been fully convinced that Californians know what's going on in Missouri well enough to speak for it. Similarly, the French shouldn't be governing Latvia (roughly equal distance). And quite frankly, it's a pretty long way from Canberra to Perth, too.
