IT'S THE DAY OF THE FRICKEN ELECTION

So, how do you guys think it'll turn out?
Who are you supproting?
Are you old enough to vote?
Will you watch the returns?
Just how short is Jon Stewert?

Come on everyone, let's have serious discussions of one or any of those things!!!!

I wanted to send in an absentee ballot but read-up on how the process works too late to do anything about it

Chaotically.
Not your guy. Not the other guy either. But some guy.
Yes, I'm 23.
Not until 8 PM or so, when they start to matter.
Very short.

And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!"

Didn't get my absentee on time.

It sucks cause I was really excited to vote, though I'm comforted in knowing that NY is pretty safe from going red.

I'm not going to bother voting.

Wisconsin has gone to the Democrat every election since 1988. Obama's going to win here; I have better things to do than go pretend that my single vote against Obama would keep him from taking the state.

Me and my mom are going to vote at around 5:00 PM when she gets home. We're both going with Obama. I'm hoping we get back in time to watch that special Jon Stewart and Colbert are doing tonight though, heh.

Oh, and I noticed they screwed up my voting ticket. They put my date of birth down as 7-27-1952. I hope it's not an issue tonight. Hopefully my driver's license will help prove that I am who I am on the ticket.

I voted just to get my free coffee at Starbucks.

... fine, that's not true, but I did get the free coffee.

I don't even like coffee, but hot damn, it was free.

McCain all the way! Both my bf and I voted for him, as well as many of our friends, and we even convinced a few of our friends who were like *who gives a ***** about voting, to actually go vote. A friend of mine had to wait in line 3 hours, another 5 hours, and a lot over two. It's insane! So many people who didn't want to vote, or not vote the last few elections? Are out in full force!

I went to vote, but even though I registered I wasn't on the list because my card got sent to the wrong address and got rejected. I had no idea until about an hour ago. I'm still pissed, but I guess it really makes no difference.

I think Obama's going to take it all. He's clearly got the Horde vote, and the Alliance is an even split with the Humans and Dwarves. McCain's got a good showing with the Priest and Warrior classes, but it's no contest with everyone else.

Taking Ohio and PA has pretty much banked the election for Obama. If he takes VA or FL, go to bed, its done.

Dems will have a solid majority without Liebermann and the Socialist guy. They're going to get close to the 60 Senate seats but fall short.
