UK General Election

Not sure how this'll effect me as an Amurikan, but I figured I'd post it anyway.

What're your hopes for this election? Which party do you want in control? Any Britons here who want to share their opinions on the matter?

Lib Dems; lesser of the three evils.

David Cameron is a posh twat who's ideals on cutting public sector spending will have a massive negative impact on our public hospitals etc.

Gordon brown left us with massive debt, and wasted a **** load of money injecting the banks with a stupid amount of money.

Don't know enough to pass judgement, mostly think they're probably all idiots.

This. Voted Saxon anyway, and although The Libs are the lesser of three evils, not alot of people will vote for them. It's either gonna be Con's or Lab's that will be messing up the country....again.

And thanks to people like you who thinks it'd be a wasted vote, we're in a state of hung Parliament.

also how does voting a smaller party become a less wasted vote.

Sorry man, no offence like, it really bugs me when people use the wasted vote logic.

It's not people like me, cos I actually voted for Lib Dem. I'm like you, I'm pissed off at the fact that people don't believe that their vote counts. Just saying what was going to happen.

Although I am suprised that we've not got more that 56 seats. I was expecting at least 100.

Plus the whole Saxon thing was a joke.

As I posted on Facebook, I find it pretty tragic that the party I voted for (Liberal Democrats) will more than likely end up in a coalition with the party I absolutely never would have voted for (Conservatives).

Is the OMRLP still around and if so why aren't they a choice in the poll?

Yeah ****'s getting real now. It's a pretty brave move, and one that really turns the hung parliament on its head. Now the Lib Dems have two realistic options ahead of them, but personally I can just see another election being called for this year.
