Am I reading this right?

The Tea Party Hates Net Neutrality Because It’s An ‘Affront’ To Free Speech. Umm…

Every day, I still think the "Tea Party" was the "TP" That Cornholio was looking for so long ago.

My brain hurts.

Does their argument have any power at all.

Aren't these the people that tried to sue the government for passing the Healthcare Bill?

Google and Verizon's version is anti-Net Neutrality, which they try to pass off as Net Neutrality.

Keep in mind that the Tea-Partiers would be VERY fond of "The United States of America: Brought to you by Big Businesses".

Remember kids: Businesses can do no wrong! Mention Corporatism (what the United states REALLY is!) and none of us will respond!!

^ The major flaw in free-trade concepts. It's the government's responsibility to set the stage for companies to act in a way that benefits the country. It's the companies' responsibility to earn as much money as possible in the shortest amount of time. Hence: US economy does a faceplant, republicans and other deregulation proponents act surprised.

This is ridiculous. I want to believe that this entire 'movement' is complete astroturf, and that there aren't people dumb enough to believe these ideas. But it's easy to underestimate how strong is the Big Lie and the power of propaganda.

Conspiracies don't have to be complex, Pix. Simple lies for simple minds.
