It's the government's responsibility to set the stage for companies to act in a way that benefits the country. It's the companies' responsibility to earn as much money as possible in the shortest amount of time. Hence: US economy does a faceplant, republicans and other deregulation proponents act surprised. |

I want to believe that this entire 'movement' is complete astroturf, and that there aren't people dumb enough to believe these ideas.
