Florida Federal Judge rules Health Care Bill Unconstitutional

The judge, reluctantly according to his ruling, declared the individual mandate for insurance unconstitutional, and that it was such a key aspect of the bill that the whole thing needs to be considered void. Get ready to be tired of hearing about this as it works its way up to the Supreme Court.

Canada is a perfect place where all your dreams come true and politicians are actually teddy bears that try to pass legislature on increasing production of candy.

From what I read, the judge copied his decision verbatim from a brief filed by the Family Research Council, a religious right group, and contained a lot of tea party rhetoric. -CSM
