Sugar sees God in others

Ever since I first found the online advice column, Dear Sugar, I have loved what she has to say. Her words come from a place of compassion that few others reach, but also with the brutal honesty of a life well-lived, and sometimes not in the sweetest ways.

Sugar's latest post deals with a woman questioning God's existence, and Sugar (even as a non-believer), sees through all the selfish human questions and gives an answer that I think everyone should hear, because there will come a time when we all need to see God in others.

DEAR SUGAR, The Rumpus Advice Column #88: “The Human Scale” - The Rumpus.net

Be warned, Dear Sugar sometimes contains strong language and adult content.

I thought this would be an Onion-style reversal of "People see Jesus in spilled sugar" type stories.

I'll say something more mature about this at another time.

And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!"
