PIPA has lost so many supporters in the past 2 days (including both MO senators, thank goodness) that is now no longer even theoretically possible to block Wyden's filibuster. There aren't enough undeclared senators left for PIPA supporters to recruit.

Now we just need to keep working on SOPA. That has to get brought below half-support to stop it; there are no filibusters in the House.
