What things from the oceans depths frighten you?

Is there anything dangerous you wouldn't mind swimming with, if you were safe?

Do you get weirded out by the thought of swimming in underwater caves or under a reef?

I just don't like really deep water. And octopus. The thought of swimming near one can scare me quite a bit, although I'm getting better. Sharks, jellyfish, seasnakes- they're all good. Oh, and yesh, I'd never be able to swim in an underwater cave or under a reef (in case of octopus ), which is obviously why I included the question.

Um, well I have a fear of not knowing what's swimming below you when you're in the water. Sharks are scary, and even harmless whales just because they're huge. I'm sure I'd be scared of poisonous fish and octopi too. O_o

Not really, reefs are beautiful. I'd like to go snorkeling or scuba diving at one.

Jellyfish. I get really nervous around them. Never took a liking to being stung repeatedly.

I can handle all manners of everything else, assuming it isn't aggressive and starving. Small jellyfish aren't a big deal, but anything larger than my hands will make me pretty nervous. And I routinely fight sharks to their death, jealous of my superior body.

That'd be pretty interesting, actually. Like to try it someday.

^ Good point. Jelly fish are interesting creatures... seeing them on Wildboyz when they screwed around with them made me not want to go see them even though they had someone who was good with animals standing by. I would hate to be swimming and all of a sudden seeing one of those things chasing me.

Jellyfish don't chase; they flow where the current takes them.

Don't like going under water, so no, i wouldn't visit corals or anything. I think im mostly afraid of drowning. I like cruises, and the ocean is very beautiful.

Animals don't really bother me unless they're there.

Not much, I guess.... a kraken would be a bit of a worry to meet!!

Is there anything dangerous you wouldn't mind swimming with, if you were safe?

Possibly sharks in a controlled environment... like Underwater World.

Do you get weirded out by the thought of swimming in underwater caves or under a reef?

I haven't been in an underwater cave and swimming around reefs is fine on a nice day. Under or through them is okay too.

Jellyfish sorta. I don't like the thought of swimming and one just smacking up against you for no reason.

Sharks or whales.

Holding my breath, no. But if I saw scuba diving, sure.
