^I'm saying I should know better than Wikipedia about Dream Theater because I have all their albums and Images and Words is sitting right in front of me with the year 1992 stamped on the back.

I'm definitely voting TDS by Nine Inch Nails. Still, "Superunknown" by Soundgarden was a major release that year, and you're missing it.
