What do you do with servicable previous versions of stuff?

Just curious how you handle this situation:
You have a gadget that works perfectly fine, but no longer is of use to you. You buy a upgrade-replacement for it.
What do you tend to do with the old one?

Playstation one was given to my sister.
Old Widescreen TV was given to my sister.
Playstation two was...er...given to my sister.

I tried putting Linux on my iPod Mini. Didn't work.
