20. Col. Alloy - Metal Arms: Glitch in the System
19. Balrog - Cave Story
18. Aganhim - A Link to the Past
17. Tetra - Wind Waker
16. Misery - Cave Story (yep, both of them. not sure why)
15. Dr. Exavolt - Metal Arms: Glitch in the System
14. Tobi - Okami (he was just a scroll. I'm not really sure why I liked him so much)
13. Curly Brace - Cave Story
12. Adelle - Final Fantasy Tactics A2
11. Zant - Twilight Princess
(and now, the hard part)
10. Krunk - Metal Arms: Glitch in the System
9. Susano - Okami
8. Etna - Disgae DS
7. Glitch - Metal Arms: Glitch in the System
(harder part)
6. Gannon - Wind Waker
5. Shiranui - Okami (this game was very good at making me like characters that only had a few minutes of screen time)
4. Orochi - Okami (see?)
3. Midna - Twlight Princess
2. Issun - Okami (barely beats Midna, but does in the end)
1. Wakka - Okami (one of the games best even at first. near the end he was made of pure win. to the third power)


Not a list with a lot of variety as far as titles go, but my list nontheless.
