I assume by "eternal life", it's meant as indefinite life. Eternal life in the literal sense I think would end up being a drag; that, however, doesn't obviate that a few hundred years of living might be worth living for. |

Much less aging to worry about, and eternal youth is dumb. I hated being young, and now that I'm almost 21, I'll finally be free of the 'you're a dumb kid' cracks. Well, except for ancient bitter people, but they'd call anyone a second younger than them kids anyway. |

Meh, kids and their shortsightedness. ![]() Who the hell wants to be a 10 year old forever? |

I assume "youth" means about 21-25, so that you'd be in your prime until the day you die. What's the point of living forever if you're so old you can barely stand on your own feet? I figure eternal youth has more to offer. Also, does eternal life mean you'll never die of old age, or you literally cannot die, or be killed? |

Of course, this may have been because I used huge words then as I do now, and people attacked me over it. Yet for some reason it's fine for me to use them now that I'm no longer a teenager or child. |

I don't even want to think about the health problems you'd have at 10,000. Assuming the "fixed lifespan" is reasonable, I'd take that. |
